Northern District of Texas ECF Password Change
(To reset a Pacer password, you must contact the PACER Service Center.)

This website is for official court business only. Unauthorized use is subject to prosecution under Title 18 of the U.S. Code. All access attempts and activities are logged.

If you CANNOT access the primary email account the court has on file, you will need to complete a Federal Bar Membership Update Form. The clerk will update your contact information and email confirmation of the change. The confirmation will include the login associated with the ECF account and a link to reset your password.

If you CAN access the primary email account the court has on file for you, enter your login below. If you don't know your login, call the clerk during business hours at 214-753-2240, and we'll provide it to you over the phone.

Once you enter your login and submit, the software will send an email to the primary email account that the court has on file for you, which will allow you to reset your ECF password. If you do not receive the e-mail within 15 minutes, there may be a problem with delivery to your e-mail domain or the system could not verify your login credentials. Contact the clerk at the number above for assistance.
