If you CANNOT access the primary email account the court has on file for you, you cannot use this software. Complete the Federal Bar Membership Update Form, and the clerk will update your contact information and email you a new login/password within one business day.

Instructions
If you CAN access the primary email account the court has on file for you, enter your login below (usually your last name [without capitalization] and the last four digits of your SSN). If you don't know your login, call the clerk during business hours at 214.753.2240, and we'll provide it to you over the phone.

Once you enter your login and submit, the software will send an email to the primary email account that the court has on file for you, which will allow you to reset your ECF password. If you do not receive the email within 15 minutes, the system could not verify your login credentials. (Contact the clerk at the number above for assistance.)
