This software will send an email to the primary email address you have on file that will allow you to reset your password. If you do not receive the new password within a few minutes, the system could not confirm the login you entered or your email address has changed, and you must request assistance by phone. (Unless you've updated your login, it should be your last name (no capitalization) and the last four digits of your SSN).
If you are unable to use the Lost Password software, call 214-753-2240 and request the appropriate assistance below:
o If you still maintain the primary email address on file, ask the clerk to provide your login over the phone. As a security measure, you must then use this software to request a new password, which will be emailed immediately to the primary email address on file.
o If you do not maintain the primary email address on file, complete the Federal Bar Membership Update Form. When you return the form, request that this office send your ECF login and password to you after updating your email address.
